Description

Lead the technical SAP team in designing, implementing, and managing Sales, Sourcing, and Procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire a technical SAP team to develop and support products and services.
• Collaborate with business units to implement SAP change initiatives and transform existing products.
• Manage team workloads, task prioritization, and resource allocation to maintain delivery schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement of SAP services using best-practice approaches.
• Mentor team members through regular coaching, feedback, and professional growth initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales roles within an SAP Fiori-based landscape.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing, and Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC).
• Proficiency in FIORI and S/4 HANA Analytics.
• Experience with SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) integration using SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) or other Middleware.
• Technical familiarity with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP Global Trade system (GTS), and Ariba.
• Experience delivering via DevOps (CI/CD), Waterfall, and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or PRINCE2).
• Ability to perform accurate development task estimation and implement software quality assurance methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4 HANA certification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other web-based technologies.
• Experience in the semiconductor or engineering industries.
