Description

You will manage end-to-end SAP SCM implementation and support lifecycles within the utility sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full implementation activities including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, customization, cutover, and go-live.
• Manage day-to-day implementation and support tasks, including defect analysis and incident resolution.
• Prepare functional design specifications for workflows, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Develop test scenarios and perform unit and system testing while supporting user acceptance testing and post-implementation verification.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, refine data structures, and suggest process improvements through technology.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SCM implementation and support programs.
• Proven experience with SAP SCM configuration and customization.
• Direct experience in North American Electricity, Gas, or Water utility industries.
• Ability to perform detailed defect analysis and resolve support incidents.
• Experience drafting functional specifications for technical development.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
