Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP-enabled solutions for Supply Chain and Procurement workstreams within a large-scale SAP NextGen Program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for Enterprise Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Management solutions.
• Oversee project execution across multiple agile teams to ensure milestone achievement and quality deliverables.
• Manage integrated delivery plans, program-level risks, issues, and vendor deliverables.
• Apply SAP Activate or Agile methodologies to guide teams through design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Facilitate sprint planning, release management, and post-implementation hypercare activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Experience managing program plans, budgets, and project governance across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM and Agile project tracking platforms.
• Ability to manage relationships with executive sponsors and third-party vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
• PMI, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience with Bluefield or Greenfield SAP implementations.
