Description

You will lead functional SAP SCM initiatives, owning complex projects from scoping through hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops for project scoping and estimation.
• Execute highly complex or specialized global projects.
• Provide technical configuration, code review, solution testing, user training, and hypercare support.
• Review and validate designs, monitor performance, plan capacity, and manage upgrades.
• Deliver all project documentation, including change requests, testing, and system validation.

Required Skills

• 10–13 years of experience in SAP SCM process areas, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong experience with MES and QMS integrations.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP SCM.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related business discipline.
• Knowledge of business processes and service requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale global implementations.
