Description

Lead the analysis of complex business problems and the development of automated system solutions within the SAP SCM landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-boundary collaboration to implement best practice solutions and improve business process productivity.
• Direct the planning, gathering, and documentation of functional requirements.
• Ensure functional and technical designs optimize and protect the IT ecosystem.
• Investigate and diagnose incidents, then develop, implement, and document solutions.
• Conduct urgency, impact, and risk assessments for change requests and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in Information Technology or related positions.
• Expertise in SAP SCM and business process improvement.
• Experience in Consumer Products or Manufacturing industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel between 5% and 40% depending on assignments.
