Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP engagements, managing team delivery and acting as the primary client contact for SCM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP engagements covering MM, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Configure SAP modules for Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements within SCM processes.
• Conduct testing, provide user training, and troubleshoot issues across SCM-related processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience, with 8+ years focused on SAP SCM functional experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP SCM, SAP MM, and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing client relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, materials management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration points and SAP best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring project team members.
