Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resource capacity across teams, plants, and production lines.
• Translate SAP data into actionable staffing and shift plans.
• Conduct resource review meetings, resolve conflicts, and support project timelines.
• Track utilization and performance metrics, generating reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions while driving process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in resource or capacity management within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced Excel skills with reporting expertise.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency with Wrike.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consumer goods or process manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of S&OP and production planning concepts.
• Experience with project or portfolio management.
