Description

Lead Agile coaching and Scrum practices for SAP Order to Cash teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive Scrum and SAFe methodologies across three or more engineering teams.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and remove impediments to maintain delivery velocity.
• Own the Jira Align environment, managing user story creation and workflow.
• Track and report team metrics through Jira Align dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep proficiency in SAFe and Scaled Agile Framework practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, including dashboard configuration and metric analysis.
• Proven track record of leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Contextual experience working with SAP teams, particularly Order to Cash processes.
• Strong coaching mindset with a driver mentality for accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Order to Cash specific workflows.
