Description

Lead multiple Agile teams within an SAP environment to drive delivery and process adherence.

You will own the release pipeline

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 3+ teams using SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
• Own end-to-end user story creation in Jira Align and Cloud.
• Drive accountability across teams to meet sprint objectives and delivery milestones.
• Track and report team progress using Jira dashboards and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coaching roles.
• Proven experience leading at least 3 teams simultaneously.
• Deep proficiency in SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align and Jira Cloud.
• Direct experience working with SAP teams, specifically the Order To Cash (OTC) module.
• Ability to create user stories and manage backlogs.
• Expertise in dashboard creation and metric tracking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
