Description

You will lead multiple agile teams within an SAP environment to drive delivery and process maturity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead three or more teams using SAFe or Scrum frameworks.
• Coach immature agile teams to improve process adherence and accountability.
• Manage user story creation, dashboards, and metric tracking within Jira Align.
• Enforce accountability within agile ceremonies.
• Operate effectively in high-intensity, high-pressure environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proven experience leading multiple teams simultaneously.
• Expertise in SAFe and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira Align and cloud-based tools.
• Direct experience with the SAP Order to Cash (O2C) module.
• Ability to build dashboards and track delivery metrics.
• Any Graduate degree.
