Description

You will manage the SAP Order-to-Cash business process through implementation and support engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize sales processes within the SAP ECC environment.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops to define scope and provide estimations.
• Design functional specifications and prepare test scenario documentation.
• Execute integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Resolve production defects, service requests, and incidents through detailed issue analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SD functional processes.
• Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, and Billing transactions.
• Proven experience in SAP SD functional design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of SD integration with MM and Warehouse Management.
• Experience managing ECC environment customizations.
• Ability to handle technical escalations and proactive problem prevention.
