Description

You will design, configure, and implement SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring they meet business needs from order creation through final payment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms within SAP.
• Create test scenarios and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases to ensure successful go-live.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and defects within the SAP OTC module.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to business users on SAP functionality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP Sales (SAP SD).
• Expertise in SAP OTC processes.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience developing functional specifications and project documentation.
• Ability to align SAP solutions with overarching business goals.
