Description

You will provide technical and functional support for SAP SD, CS, and FSM Cloud environments. You design, customize, and test ERP-CS modules while managing integration between ERP, master data, and external data providers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IDOCs and verify ERP settings for SD/CS and FSM Cloud connectivity.
• Translate customer business processes into system solutions and technical documentation.
• Develop business blueprints, functional specifications, and process presentations.
• Manage integration between ERP, master data, transactional data, and external data providers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SD and CS.
• Hands-on experience with FSM Cloud and ERP-FSM connectivity support.
• Proficiency in managing and monitoring IDOCs.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound interface processes to middleware systems.
• Deep understanding of Customer Service (CS) processes and integration.
• Experience working within international team environments.
• Ability to create functional specifications and business blueprints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SD/CS and FSM Cloud integration.
