Good to Have Skills: SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, S/4 Hana, ITIL certification. Knowledge of EDI, file transfer, smart forms, scripts, warehouse management interface, revenue recognition, intercompany processes, STO, billing processes, customs and compliance procedures, SO10 text maintenance, CS, MM, FICO, PP, APO modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure incidents, service requests and problem tickets are resolved within KPIs and to customer satisfaction with quality resolutions.
• Handle incident, service requests and problem tickets in SAP SD with ability to do configuration and master data changes.
• Perform end-to-end process flow analysis and provide excellent problem-solving and consulting solutions.
• Mentor, guide, support and direct associates while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while handling various SAP SD processes and configurations.

Experience Required: 6+ years in SAP SD consulting

Education: BE/BTECH or MBA
