Description

You will configure, support, and troubleshoot standard SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure standard SD functionality and business processes.
• Develop functional requirements for Smart Forms and scripts.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the SD module.
• Prepare detailed design documents for enhancements and projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP SD.
• Hands-on experience with ALE and EDI.
• Proven ability to work with Smart Forms.
• Experience defining functional requirements for custom developments.
• Knowledge of special business processes within SD.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hi-tech industry business processes and customer service.
• Experience integrating with data service providers for denied party and classifications.
• Batch and serial number management experience.
