Description

You will own SAP SD configuration, incident resolution, and process optimization for sales and distribution operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve SAP SD incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within KPIs while ensuring quality resolutions.
• Perform configuration changes and master data updates to support Sales Order, Delivery, and Output Management.
• Analyze end-to-end process flows and provide consulting solutions for complex SD issues.
• Handle IDOC processing, pricing configuration, credit management, and GTS processes.
• Mentor and guide associates while working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD consulting.
• Deep expertise in Sales Order Management, Delivery Management, and Output Management.
• Strong proficiency in IDOC Processing and GTS Processes.
• Ability to perform ABAP debugging to troubleshoot SD-related issues.
• Experience with cross-module integration (CS, MM, FICO, PP, APO).
• BE/B.Tech or MBA degree.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution.
• Experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of EDI, smart forms, scripts, and warehouse management interfaces.
