Description

Manage the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Logistics processes across North American sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document business processes to meet customer requirements and improve system efficiency.
• Manage the implementation and optimization of new and existing processes within the SAP Logistics module.
• Provide technical support for SAP SD and EDI requirements, including user training and documentation.
• Serve as the primary on-call contact for troubleshooting and correcting system issues.
• Monitor system performance against operating standards and report on issue status.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an ECC 6 environment.
• Experience processing various EDI document types and working with EDI-related systems and architecture.
• Technical SAP SD and EDI requirement expertise.
• Demonstrated understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and application development practices.
• Project management experience covering planning, execution, testing, and user training.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology discipline.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean.

Preferred Skills

• ABAP debugging skills.
• Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with standard project management tools and concepts.
