Description

You will configure and support SAP SD modules within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support adhering to SLA and change management processes.
• Participate in SAP project implementations across Sales and the OTC lifecycle.
• Configure and support SAP SD modules, including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Manage and resolve support tickets through analysis, testing, and timely closure.
• Analyze business requirements and propose effective SAP SD solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Expertise in pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP SD, S4HANA, and S4H.
