Description

You will configure, support, and implement SAP SD modules within an S/4HANA environment, owning the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD modules, including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Provide application support adhering to SLA and change management processes.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP project implementations across the Sales and OTC lifecycle.
• Analyze business requirements and propose effective SAP SD solutions.
• Manage and resolve support tickets through analysis, testing, and timely closure.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Strong experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Expertise in pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Knowledge of integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
