Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP S/4HANA SD module in complex B2B environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure SD components including Order-to-Cash, Customer Master Data, Contracts, Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Credit Management.
• Design pricing procedures, condition techniques, billing plans, and milestone billing.
• Integrate SD with MM, FI, and CRM modules, handling intercompany transactions and third-party order processing.
• Develop functional specifications for custom development and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Lead client workshops, perform solution blueprinting, testing, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 8 years in SAP SD.
• At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced ATP and Fiori apps.
• Expertise in SD-FI integration and credit/debit memo processing.
• Proficiency in Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SD Certification (S/4HANA Sales).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, or ITIL-based support processes.
• Exposure to SAP BTP/CPI integration.
