Description

Manage SAP SD functional processes and support end-to-end implementations for Order to Cash (OTC) operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business process requirements to design, customize, and configure appropriate solutions.
• Execute full lifecycle project tasks including implementation, upgradation, and rollout.
• Manage SD configurations for Master Data, Enterprise Structure mapping, document types, and basic functions.
• Handle integration processes involving Shipping, Billing, and connectivity with FI and MM modules.
• Identify functional gaps, resolve operational issues, and provide user training and documentation.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration, including Revenue Accounting and SD document functionalities.
• Proven expertise in Rollout and Upgradation projects.
• Knowledge of RICEFW and IDOCs.
• Experience with OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and provide functional workarounds.
• Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, or relevant Post Graduation.
