Description

You will manage SAP SD module requirements, configuration, and end-user support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather end-user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Resolve customer complaint tickets and identify integration issues across all priority levels.
• Manage pricing records, including CGST, SGST, IGST, and commission/freight updates.
• Execute daily operational tasks such as product rate releases, stock transfer orders, and sales order release programs.
• Develop and deploy GST-related reports and automated SMS or email-based reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD functional processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and ABAP programming/coding.
• Hands-on experience with Pricing and Configuration within the SD module.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of Macros.
• Strong understanding of business process flows and logistics/finance integration.
• Ability to develop and test technical scripts and business process descriptions.

Preferred Skills

• Support for GST implementation and rectifying invoice discrepancies.
