You will lead the migration of Order to Cash (OTC) processes from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to analyze existing sales and distribution operations and translate business needs into SAP SD solutions.
• Facilitate the transition of OTC processes for retail store-based Controlled Business Distribution (CBD) and grower operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in PP, MM, WM, and FI to align order fulfillment and production planning.
• Optimize order management, fulfillment, revenue recognition, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Provide end-user training and support for SAP OTC functionalities while assisting with organizational change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD module with deep expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• Proven experience leading SAP SD/OTC migration projects from legacy systems to S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, contracts, rebates, credit management, and tax configuration.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with PP, MM, WM, and FI modules.
• Expertise in retail store-based CBD operations, growers, and controlled product distribution.
• Understanding of compliance, batch tracking, and traceability requirements for regulated industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Advanced ATP (Available to Promise).
