Description

You will manage data archiving, ILM configuration, and compliance processes within the SAP landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor archiving jobs daily and execute archiving for multiple objects.
• Migrate data from legacy content repositories to new repositories.
• Configure ILM stores on SAP systems to manage archived data.
• Implement retention management rules and policies using SAP ILM to ensure GDPR compliance.
• Perform blocking and unblocking of master data, including customers, vendors, and business partners.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Proficiency in SAP SD.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ILM.
• Knowledge of Data Migration processes.
• Understanding of GDPR rules and regulations.
• Experience with SAP System configuration.
• Ability to create archiving job variants and manage audit areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with end-of-purpose checks for master data and managing the destruction of expired data.
