Description

Lead the business analysis effort for SAP SD, capturing and managing requirements to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the work of business systems analysts and support teams within the SAP SD enhancement stream.
• Liaise between business units and development teams to validate requirements, assess customer satisfaction, and confirm expectations.
• Develop complex functional and non-functional requirements using structured gathering methodologies.
• Provide guidance on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with project leads and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience with SAP ECC SD configuration and testing.
• 12 years of experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet objectives in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Experience coordinating collaboration between business users, Lead Super Users, and Project teams.
