Description

Lead business analysis for SAP SD, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements. This role bridges business units and development teams to ensure system enhancements meet functional expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct business systems analysts and support teams within the SAP SD enhancement stream.
• Liaise between business units and development teams to validate requirements and confirm expectations.
• Develop complex functional and non-functional requirements using structured gathering methodologies.
• Provide guidance on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with project leads.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and assess customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience with SAP ECC SD configuration and testing.
• 12 years of experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects and meet objectives in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Experience coordinating collaboration between business users, Lead Super Users, and Project teams.
• Any Graduate education.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
