Description

Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SD within an ERP Scrum Team. Implement enhancements, manage operational incidents, and translate business requirements into technical User Stories using analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Implement SAP enhancements and manage operational incidents using SAFe.
  • Translate business requirements into technical User Stories through analytical thinking.
  • Analyze system change management impacts to prevent business incidents.
  • Partner with global business units to identify automation opportunities and ERP efficiencies.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues in collaboration with business partners.

Required Skills

  • 10-12 years of hands-on Order To Cash (OTC) experience.
  • Deep expertise in the SAP SD module.
  • Cross-functional knowledge of SAP MM and FI modules.
  • Experience working within the SAFe framework.
  • Proficiency with Fiori Apps.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and tools.
  • Experience with API integration.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global team structure.
