Description

Design and configure SAP SD modules to support core business processes, from requirement gathering through post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP SD processes including customer service, service management, repair orders, warranties, and service notifications.
• Translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed technical designs for Order to Cash (O2C) scenarios.
• Perform SAP configurations for SAP Pricing (SD) and Revenue Account Determination.
• Write detailed specifications for custom program development and manage full testing cycles.
• Coordinate transports to production and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and design.
• Deep knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) scenarios.
• Expertise in SAP Pricing (SD) and Revenue Account Determination.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data management, including Materials, Condition records, and Customer Master.
• Proficiency with EDI/IDOC, interfaces, and Output Determination.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle from requirement gathering to production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service management and warranty processes.
