Key Responsibilities Manage and support EDIIDoc interfaces (Order| Delivery| Invoice| ASN).Provide L2L3 support for SAP SD  EDI processes within SLA.Monitor and resolve IDoc failures| mapping issues| and interface errors.Support end-to-end OTC flow (Order  Delivery  Billing)Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.Collaborate with ABAPPICPI teams for enhancements and fixes.Configure and support output determination| partner profiles| message types.Ensure data consistency and integration with external partner systems.Document functional specs| RCA| and interface flows.Required Skills8 years in SAP SD functional  EDIIDoc integrationStrong knowledge of OTC lifecycle (Order| Delivery| PGI| Billing)Hands-on experience in IDoc processing| ALEEDI configurationExperience with partner profiles| message control| output typesGood understanding of SDFIMM integrations Exposure to middleware (PIPOCPI)Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skillsPreferredExperience with B2BEDI transactions (850| 855| 810| 856 equivalents)Knowledge of S4HANA and API-based integrationsExposure to AMSsupport model and ITSM tools
