Description

You will manage and support SAP SD EDI IDoc interfaces for orders, deliveries, invoices, and ASNs, providing L2/L3 support within SLA. You will monitor and resolve IDoc failures, mapping issues, and interface errors while supporting the end-to-end Order-to-Cash flow. You will perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and collaborate with ABAP, PI, and CPI teams for enhancements. Additionally, you will configure output determination, partner profiles, and message types to ensure data consistency with external partners.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support EDI IDoc interfaces (Order, Delivery, Invoice, ASN) and resolve mapping issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD EDI processes, ensuring adherence to SLA targets.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for interface errors.
• Configure and support output determination, partner profiles, and message types.
• Document functional specifications, RCA findings, and interface flows for knowledge retention.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in SAP SD functional EDI and IDoc integration.
• Strong knowledge of the OTC lifecycle (Order, Delivery, PGI, Billing).
• Hands-on experience in IDoc processing and ALE/EDI configuration.
• Proficiency with partner profiles, message control, and output types.
• Understanding of SD-FI-MM integrations.
• Exposure to middleware (PI/PO/CPI).
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• 10+ years of total working experience.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B EDI transactions (850, 855, 810, 856 equivalents).
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and API-based integrations.
• Exposure to AMS support model and ITSM tools.
