Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP SD software solutions, from requirement gathering to implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and design functional solutions using system standards.
• Develop detailed specifications, process flows, and functional design documents to guide application developers.
• Configure, test, and implement IT business systems while maintaining system integrity and documentation.
• Manage system upgrades, changes, and user updates in compliance with regulatory and change control requirements.
• Train end users on new configurations and support them through business process impacts.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of SAP SD experience.
• In-depth knowledge of standard SAP Sales, Returns, Pricing, Accounting, Credit Management, Customer services, Shipping, Foreign trade and Customs, Variant Configuration, and Availability check.
• Strong cross-module functional knowledge between SD-MM and SD-FICO.
• Working knowledge of interfaces including IDOCs, EDI, and XML with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Understanding of user exits and SDLC processes.
• Experience gathering requirements from business end users and building functional design specifications.
• Exposure to Revenue Recognition and external Tax systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce integration.
