Description

You will own the functional analysis, solution architecture, and day-to-day support for SAP OTC business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP SD and Pricing within S/4HANA environments to meet business requirements.
• Lead blueprinting sessions and technical discussions with key stakeholders and SMEs to define system needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of change requests, including functional specification creation, testing, and documentation.
• Resolve incident tickets and provide production support for SD, MM, and FI integrated transactions.
• Coordinate testing with business users and conduct training for super users on application functionality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least one end-to-end implementation as a lead.
• Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA SD and complex Pricing configurations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP OTC processes and integration points with MM and FI.
• Proficiency with EDI/IDocs, including partner profiles, message types, and monitoring inbound/outbound parameters.
• Technical experience with User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, and RFCs.
• Ability to perform basic ABAP debugging and understand syntax.
• Experience with integration tools and protocols including ALE/RFC and middleware.
• Proficiency using test and management tools such as ServiceNow, ALM, or SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4 certification in Sales.
• Experience with APIGEE, GCP, or SDFC for non-SAP system integrations.
