Description

You will provide functional support for Order to Cash processes across the ANZ, India, and SEA regions, delivering enhancements and managing support tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Order to Cash processes for customers in ANZ, India, and SEA regions.
• Deliver new business requirements and system enhancements on schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions for business requirements.
• Manage support tasks within custom deployed environments.

Required Skills

• SAP SD certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience working on large-scale support projects.
• Hands-on experience in custom deployed environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points.
• Basic knowledge of SAP TM.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in global support environments.
