Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SD modules to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to design, customize, and configure SAP SD solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to collect, interpret, and document customer requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams to solve software problems.
• Manage emergency transports and troubleshoot high-priority system issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results while providing user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD functional consulting.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SD implementation and support projects.
• Ability to map business processes to system modifications and product enhancements.
• Experience performing detailed gap analysis and identifying workaround solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for functional designs and test results.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
