Description
You will manage SAP SD module requirements within S/4HANA environments across both support and implementation lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including sales orders, deliveries, shipments, billing, pricing, and credit management.
- Handle incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management within support projects.
- Lead implementation phases including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and hyper-care support.
- Perform system configuration and customization to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI, MM, PP, and WM.
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience in SAP SD consultancy.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA.
- Proven track record in both SAP SD support and implementation projects.
- Deep functional knowledge of sales, shipping, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Experience managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
- Ability to work within integrated landscapes involving FI, MM, PP, and WM modules.
