Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD solutions across global business units.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including sales orders, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit processes.
• Design SAP SD solutions for U.S. pharma sales models, covering distributor-based sales, pricing agreements, chargebacks, rebates, and promotions.
• Lead all implementation phases from blueprinting and configuration through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Drive global template design and standardization while managing SD master data, pricing conditions, and hierarchies.
• Manage integrations between SAP and external systems, including 3PLs, EDI platforms, distributors, and logistics partners.

Required Skills

• 15–18 years of SAP SD experience, ideally within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
• Proven track record of leading 3–5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep expertise in O2C, pricing, billing, and returns management.
• Strong integration knowledge across FICO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, and QM modules.
• Experience managing system integrators and mentoring SAP SD consultants.
• Ability to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory and audit requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
