Description

Own SAP SD business processes and configurations for global delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and service stabilization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Third Party Sales, Rebates, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transfer, and ATP processes.
• Manage Sales, Delivery, PGI, Billing, Outputs, and Pricing configurations, including condition techniques.
• Handle IDOC/EDI processes and integrations with external systems for data exchange.
• Maintain master data (Customer-Material, condition records) using LSMW and support ticketing in ServiceNow.
• Perform basic ABAP debugging, OSS note analysis, and write functional specifications for custom reports.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of SAP SD experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in Pricing, Rebates, ATP, Scheduling, and Output/Printing forms.
• Strong knowledge of SD Shipping, Transportation Management, and Service Billing.
• Experience with User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, and FI/MM cross-module integration.
• Proficiency in LSMW for master data updates and ServiceNow/Jira for ITSM.
• Exposure to monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
• Ability to work independently with overseas clients in Europe/US regions.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification and ITIL certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
