Description

You lead SAP SD project delivery and facilitate Agile processes for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD project delivery, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track sprint progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant working experience in SAP projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD processes.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master within SAP projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in Solution Architect discussions.
• Ability to provide functional SAP ABAP guidance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
