Description

You will manage SAP SD support operations, resolving technical issues and optimizing Order-to-Cash processes using S/4HANA.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD support projects, addressing configuration, pricing procedures, and customer engagement.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues within SAP infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments.
• Utilize ABAP on HANA functionalities to resolve complex technical problems.
• Mentor junior team members and guide successful implementation efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD module support projects.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA and SAP infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and integration points.
• Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, order management, and pricing.
• Conversant with ABAP on HANA functionalities.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
