Description

You design, customize, and support SAP SD, CS, and FSM Cloud environments, managing integrations between ERP, master data, and external providers.

Monitor IDOCs and verify ERP settings for SD/CS and FSM Cloud connectivity. Translate customer business processes into system solutions and technical documentation. Develop business blueprints, functional specifications, and process presentations. Manage integration between ERP, master data, transactional data, and external data providers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SD and CS.
• Hands-on experience with FSM Cloud and ERP-FSM connectivity support.
• Proficiency in managing and monitoring IDOCs.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound interface processes to middleware systems.
• Deep understanding of Customer Service (CS) processes and integration.
• Experience working within international team environments.
• Ability to create functional specifications and business blueprints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SD/CS and FSM Cloud integration.
