Description

You will provide functional and technical support for SAP Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user inquiries and incidents, taking ownership from initial report through to verification and closure.
• Perform detailed analysis to determine if issues stem from processes, data, systems, or training.
• Document all incidents within the Panaya system and escalate complex issues to the Hypercare Command Center.
• Manage logistics and distribution workflows, including delivery processing, outbound shipping, and warehouse management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM).
• Experience with outbound delivery processing and shipping via ProcessWeaver.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, including plant, warehouse, and returning goods processes.
• Proficiency in inbound processing, putaway, and stock removal processes.
• Experience with goods movements, shop floor replenishment, and physical inventory cycle counting.
• Competency in supply planning and item creation via Fletch.
• Ability to provide advanced resolution for escalated Level 1 problems.
