Description

You will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within SAP S/4HANA Sales.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SD modules including pricing, billing, order management, delivery, and credit management.
• Define functional requirements and translate business needs into technical SAP solutions.
• Integrate SAP with multi-carrier shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for rate shopping and automated carrier selection.
• Implement shipment creation, label printing, Bills of Lading, and commercial invoice generation.
• Partner with ABAP and middleware teams to deliver enhancements and support testing and training.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and OTC modules.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales functionalities.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC business processes.
• Hands-on experience with multi-carrier shipping integrations.
• Experience configuring HAZMAT compliance, label printing, and shipping documents.
• Understanding of RF integration, Track & Trace, and warehouse touchpoints.
• Experience with Transportation Management (TM) shipping integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Track & Trace and RF-based warehouse processes within SAP delivery transactions.
