Description

You will own the design and implementation of security within SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build role-based security for SAP environments, including role definition and job/position mapping.
• Provide input to GRC technical teams to update the SoD risk matrix with new transaction codes or Fiori apps.
• Review custom code and propose authorization checks to enforce organization-level controls via roles.
• Review and update authorization defaults for transactions, Fiori apps, and Webdynpros.
• Coordinate technical deployments across SAP Transportable, Non-Transportable, legacy systems, and third-party applications.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security for implementation or rollout projects.
• Expertise in S4H, ECC, Fiori, and HANA DB Security administration, covering authentication, authorization management, and audit logging.
• Deep understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply, Manufacturing, and Master Data.
• Expertise in Access Role Management, including development, testing coordination, and production movement adherence to audit and compliance.
• Good understanding of authorization objects for sub-business processes and proposing authority check objects for custom transactions.
• Familiarity with Webdynpro, Webservices, APIs, BADIs, and their authorization control mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Internal and External audits, capable of identifying and executing control remediation plans.
