Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Security and GRC solutions across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP Security solutions and GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
• Manage SAP role designs, segregation of duties (SoD) rules, and security roles for S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, and BW environments.
• Direct end-to-end SAP Security projects by managing resources, timelines, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and enforce security policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA.
• Lead security incident response, performing root cause analysis and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, EAM, ARM, and BRM.
• Proven experience implementing SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori Security, and BW/BI.
• Experience managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and security audits.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks including GDPR and SOX.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP security project lifecycles.
• Ability to integrate GRC solutions with external systems and other SAP modules.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Security and GRC certifications.
