Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA security implementations and GRC ruleset management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA security and role re-design projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and define implementation scope.
• Manage project requirements and communicate security issues to workstream leads and stakeholders.
• Execute GRC access risk analysis, ruleset updates, remediation, and mitigation.
• Direct onshore and offshore teams while advising on technical workflows and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP security environments.
• Proven track record with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA security implementations.
• Expertise in GRC Control Panel, including rule set updates for standard and FIORI environments.
• Deep knowledge of building security strategy documents and role naming conventions.
• Proficiency in creating PFCG roles and analyzing authorizations against functional design documents.
• Strong understanding of user administration, role administration, and transport management.
• Experience planning and supporting positive and negative testing scenarios across all test phases.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
