Overview 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Architect to lead the implementation of SAP GRC Access Control across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The role will focus on access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Emergency Access Management, role redesign, security remediation, and GRC process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Access Control across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Design and govern SAP Security and GRC architecture aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Implement and configure ARA/RAR, ARM, EAM, and BRM.
• Lead SAP role and authorization redesign, SoD remediation, and access risk management.
• Configure GRC workflows, rulesets, mitigating controls, and approval processes.
• Define security governance for user provisioning, role lifecycle, privileged access, and access reviews.
• Integrate SAP GRC with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, IAM/Identity Management, and related systems.
• Lead testing, UAT, deployment, defect resolution, and hypercare activities.
• Work closely with business, IT, audit, compliance, and security stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 12+ years of SAP Security experience with significant SAP GRC implementation experience.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Security & Authorizations.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, ARA/RAR, ARM, EAM, and BRM.
• Strong understanding of role design, authorization concepts, SoD, access governance, and compliance controls.
• Experience in enterprise-level security transformation and role remediation.
• Experience integrating SAP GRC with IAM/Identity Management solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, project delivery, governance, and communication skills.
