Lead SAP security and GRC delivery for complex, multi-tenant programs, advising executives and managing global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on SAP security architecture, enterprise controls, regulatory compliance, and cyber risk.
• Lead the SAP Security workstream, designing end-to-end solutions for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid landscapes.
• Design Fiori authorizations, access governance, user provisioning, and least-privilege access models.
• Implement SAP GRC Access Control capabilities including risk analysis, emergency access, and role management.
• Manage global delivery resources and offshore teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP security implementation experience across five full implementation lifecycles.
• 5+ years leading SAP Security workstreams in complex, multi-tenant environments.
• 5+ years managing delivery resources, including offshore teams.
• 3+ years of SAP GRC Access Control experience.
• S/4HANA experience in manufacturing environments with 3+ years of industry focus.
• Experience with SAP IAG bridge authentication and SAP GRC integration.
• Experience integrating Okta for authentication and identity lifecycle management.
• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in SAP Cloud and SaaS security for S/4HANA and SAP cloud services.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled methods for solution development.
