Description

You will lead the security and compliance workstream for a major SAP program, owning the end-to-end delivery of SAP Security design and GRC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP GRC Access Control components (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
• Conduct risk analysis and remediation for Segregation of Duties (SoD) and critical access.
• Lead the design and build of SAP roles and authorizations across ECC, BW, and HANA DB.
• Define and implement user provisioning workflows, firefighter access, and access request processes.
• Align SAP security and GRC controls with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years leading SAP Security/GRC implementations.
• Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control components and design.
• Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC, GDPR) and audit processes.
• Proficiency in managing user provisioning and enforcing least-privilege principles.
• Experience integrating non-SAP systems with SAP GRC (e.g., Active Directory).
• Familiarity with SAP modules: ECC, BW, HANA DB, MM, SD, PP, FICO.
• Ability to coordinate offshore resources and stakeholders on-site.
• Experience supporting cutover planning and Go-Live readiness.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with specific regulatory compliance reporting.
