Description

Lead the SAP security program by managing analysts, executing security projects, and ensuring compliance across the landscape.

Responsibilities

• Create and enforce audit policies, controls, and procedures to ensure SOX and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the role change process, including reviewing and approving SAP role modifications.
• Manage SAP Security Analysts and contract resources, handling staffing, metrics reviews, and invoice reconciliation.
• Direct security projects such as system upgrades, patching, new implementations, and module integrations.
• Coordinate team workflows to support production environments, audits, and after-hours support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience overseeing SAP Security environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security administration.
• 5+ years of experience planning and executing security operations projects.
• Proficiency with ECC, CRM, EM, BW, and S/4 HANA.
• 3+ years of experience communicating technical and business solutions to management.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement for operational support systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in English.
