Description

Manage SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA security, including role-based access, user administration, and GRC support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP role-based security concepts for S/4HANA and BW/4HANA environments.
• Support GRC projects including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Business Role Management (BRM), Access Request Management (ARM), and Entitlement Access Management (EAM).
• Investigate and resolve security tickets, including incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Manage user and role administration activities, maintaining compliance with ITIL and ITSM standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support security initiatives and provide end-user assistance.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP security administration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security concepts.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA security.
• Proficiency in GRC support tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP role-based security and user administration.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Effective communication and end-user support skills.

Preferred Skills

• Change Management experience using CHARM.
